The Guideline Aeon Fly Reel began as a design study exploring the concept of a fly reel with an aesthetic that would never date—truly Timeless. Rather than replicating heritage-inspired classic reels, the focus was reimagining what enduring design can mean.

The Guideline Aeon Fly Reel harmonizes past trends with a distinctly modern twist by blending organic forms inspired by nature with subtle Scandinavian design elements. The striking front face features a Fibonacci array of micro-diameter circular porting, a fluted bezel, and organic curves, delivering an overall elegant form. The rear frame showcases refined details, with a contrast between matte and gloss textures and dual-anodized colour work on the drag indicator. These elements merge symbiotically, creating an aesthetic that embodies a new, luxurious, and timeless Scandinavian design language. The name "Aeon" originates from the Greek word "aion," meaning "eternity."

The Guideline Aeon Fly Reel features a high-powered carbon braking system delivering 7.5 kilograms of braking force, offering ample sealed carbon power for taming the wild leviathans of the migratory world. The anti-snag design elements, such as the spool nut and drag knob with an innovative winged design, ensure seamless usability while minimizing line catches on the water. The full-frame design maintains a traditional reel weight, providing a well-balanced counterbalance to heavier classic-action fly rods while also pairing seamlessly with modern rods.

• Aeon #7-9 Fly Reel – Perfectly balances both DH-rated Switch rods and lighter double handers, covering DH line weights #6/7 to #8/9 and lengths 11´ to 13´

• Aeon #9-11 Fly Reel – Ideal for longer rods ranging from 13´ to 15´ with line weights 9/10 and 10/11, providing an optimal balance for enhanced performance.

• Aeon #11-13 Fly Reel – Designed to create the perfect balance with big rods from 14-15´ and line weights 10/11 and upwards, making it the ideal choice for serious anglers targeting larger fish.
