Deliveries to Europe
Following the UK’s departure from the EU, purchases made on our website out with the UK are now processed excluding a 20% UK VAT charge. Your order will however be subject to a tiered charging system for local VAT, import duties and delivery handling charge.
The total of you order will be updated at checkout once the shipping and billing address has been applied.
Calculating your order value
For the purposes of the local VAT and import duties calculation, the EU define the total order value as the sum of:

€0 - €22 orders are VAT free and import duty free. Your order may still be subject to a delivery agent handling fee.
€23 - €150 orders will incur a local rate VAT charge (based on the location of the customs clearance house) and a delivery agent handling fee.
€151+ orders will incur a import duty charge (normally 10% of the order value), a local VAT charge (applied to the combined cost of your order value + import duty charge) and a delivery agent handling fee.
