Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases
For any online purchase, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return the goods, and a further 14 days to return them from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right to return the goods please notify us by email, letter or phone call. The items must be in exactly the same condition as when purchased, i.e. unused and in the original packaging with the original labels.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice, receipt or the order number, name, address and phone number as well as the reason for the return. We are unable to offer refund without a valid receipt or invoice.
If you wish to exchange your item, please notify us what for. Items may be exchanged for gift vouchers. If a refund is required we can only do this using the method of payment that was used in the purchase.
In Store Purchases
If you are unhappy with an item purchased in store, please return it to the store either in person or by post with a copy of the receipt within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to offer any refunds without valid proof of purchase, such as receipt, invoice or bank statement.
The items must be in exactly the same condition as when purchased, i.e. unused and in the original packaging with the original labels.
If you wish to exchange your item, please notify us what for. Items may be exchanged for gift vouchers. If a refund is required, we can only do this using the method of payment that was used in the purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
On receipt of an item, if it is faulty or damaged, please return the faulty or damaged item to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice and a description of the problem. We are unable to offer any refunds without a valid receipt or invoice.
Once we have received the product we will look to see if it is faulty and/ or damaged. If we agree that it is faulty or broken we will, at your choice:
- To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
The time frame for a replacement may vary depending on the nature of the damage, as some manufacturers will want to see the faulty item. If this is the case we will let you know.
If returning a faulty item, please include a copy of the postage cost. If we agree that the item is faulty we will refund the postage cost.
If an item has broken or become faulty through use, please let us know by email (info@finandgame.com) and we will do our best to help you and hopefully rectify the problem. Our ability to do so will depend on a range of factors.
All returns will require proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original receipt or invoice.
N.B. The return process will be the customers responsibility and cost hence we would recommend using a recorded delivery service as we can not be held responsible for any missing items.
We will make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
All returns must include proof of purchase. We are unable to process any returns without a valid proof of purchase. Refunds can only be reimbursed using the same payment method as used to make the initial purchase.
