About Fin and Game
Fin and Game is a shooting and fly-fishing retailer who offer the highest quality products. Our passion and enthusiasm for fishing and shooting is represented by the products we stock and the service we offer. As like-minded sportsman we get the buzz of catching and just being out on the water and this is why we want to supply our customers with products that will help them make the most of their time on the water or in the field. We make sure we test and get to know the products we sell so we can offer you the best advice – any excuse for a fishing or shooting adventure really!
We know fly fishing! All our staff are experienced fishers who are passionate about the sport. Our team have travelled the world in search of rivers, lochs and oceans to fish. This means we can advise on all types of fly fishing including fresh and saltwater to name our favourites!
Fin and Game was founded by Tom Leslie who has always had a passion for fishing and shooting and identified a need for high quality fishing products which were suited to each individual fisherman’s need. With this boundless enthusiasm for fishing and shooting Tom has decided to open Fin and Game in the heart of the game fishing world, Kelso, on the banks of the famous River Tweed.
Tom Leslie – Owner of Fin and Game
Since picking up a rod at four, it wasn't long before Tom was fishing a river, loch or any other bit of water he could find. He has been fortunate enough to have tested his skills all over the world including Russia, Iceland, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, Belize, Seychelles and Zambia as well as all over the UK for a range of species. There was also a stint in the England youth team wining various competitions around the UK.
With all of this in mind Tom has built up an extensive knowledge to help you with your fishing tackle needs for your fishing both home and abroad.
Shooting and Stalking are also a major feature in Toms life, shooting all over the UK with family and friends. A passion for stalking has given him a lot of stalking experience in Scotland.
